If you are unable to charge, please check the following:
- Is the cable or outlet unplugged?
- Try plugging and unplugging the charging cable.
- Check if you can charge with a different cable. Use an AC adapter and USB cable that can be charged from a household outlet.
- Are you using a mobile battery? Charging may stop midway and not resume.
- Are you charging by connecting the USB cable to a computer? Due to the low power supply, it may take more than 2 hours to charge or may not fully charge.
- Are you using a car charger? Depending on the product, the power supply may not be stable, leading to a malfunction of the BoT.

Please try charging with this type of cable (USB Type-C to USB Type-A).
If it still won't charge
If none of the above applies and you are still unable to charge, it may be a fault with the device.
