This Privacy Policy from BoT US, Inc. (“BoT US,” “we,” or “us”) describes how and why we collect, use, and disclose Personal Data when you or your child or children use the BoT US Smart GPS Service for Children (the “Service”), the BoT Talk mobile application (our “App”), and the BoT US BoT GPS devices BoT US(the “Devices”), and the BoT US website (the “Website”). The Service, our App, the Website, and the Devices are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as BoT US. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page and will become effective on the date they are posted. You can determine when this Privacy Policy was last updated by referring to the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We may also notify you of material changes at the email address you have provided to us or by posting notices on the Website or the App and, when required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent.
DEPENDING ON HOW YOU ACCESS, USE, OR INTERACT WITH THE PROGRAM, WE MAY COLLECT AND USE PERSONAL DATA FROM AND ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. What is Personal Data?
In this Privacy Policy, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a specific person. Personal Data does not include information that is publicly available through government records or information that has been deidentified or aggregated in a way that it can no longer be used to identify a specific individual.

Parents
When you create an account with us, we ask you to provide your name, email address, password, and a telephone number. We also ask you to provide a name for your child. Depending on how you access, use, or interact with BoT US, we may also collect the following types of Personal Data about you:
• Identifiers, such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, unique personal identifier, device identifier, online identifier, IP address, and other similar information
• Demographic and Protected Class Data, such as age, gender, , and other similar information
• Commercial Information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other similar information
• Internet and Other Similar Network Activity, such as your browsing history, search history, interactions with our App or Website, and other similar information
• Geolocation Data, such as precise geolocation data from the App, your mobile devices, the Website, and other similar information
• Communication Information, such as audio/visual information contained in voice mails, voice recordings, chats, emails, and other similar information sent or received through or in connection with the Service
• Sensitive personal data, such as precise geolocation data
• Preference Information, such as your interests, opinions, and other similar information

Children
Depending on how your child access, uses, or otherwise interacts with the Program, we may collect the following types of Personal Data about your child from you or, with your consent, from your child:
• Identifiers, such as name, unique personal identifier, IP address, the ID and other information about the Device(s) provided to your child, and other similar information
• Demographic and Protected Class Data, such as age, gender, and other similar information
• Internet and Other Similar Network Activity, such as your child’s interactions with the Devices
• Geolocation Data, such as your child’s precise geolocation data through the Device(s) and other similar information
• Communication Information, such as audio/visual information contained in voice mails, chats, notifications, and other similar information sent to or received by your child with the Service
• Sensitive personal data, such as precise geolocation data or personal data from a child from the Devices
• Other information you provide to us about your child
We do not provide children with the ability to make any Personal Data we collect about them publicly available.
What are the Sources of Personal Data We Collect?
We may collect Personal Data in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect Directly from You
We will collect Personal Data about you and/or your child when you or your child access, use, or otherwise interact with BoT US, such as requesting information from us, downloading the App, communicating with us, or accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with BoT US. In some situations, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Data about yourself or your child. You do not have to provide this Personal Data, but if you choose not to, the App, Service, Devices, or Website may not function. For example, if you do not agree that we can collect precise geolocation data through the Devices, then we will not be able to provide you information about your child’s location.
Information We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect information about your interactions with BoT US, such as usage data, the type of web brower and device you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the pages you view, the date and time of your usage and the duration of your use, among other things.
Information We Receive from Third Parties
We may collect Personal Data about you from third parties, including, without limitation, online and offline sources, entities affiliated with us, social media platforms, advertising networks, or other public or commercial sources (collectively, “Third Party Sources”). As described below, we may also disclose Personal Data to these Third Party Sources. ThThe collection of Personal Data from these Third Party Sources can occur in a variety of ways, such as:
• Third Party Platforms. We may collect or receive Personal Data about you from platforms or services owned or operated by third parties, such as Apple, Facebook, Google, Instagram, or TikTok. This may happen if you share our content via websites, such as social media platforms, or otherwise access, use, or interact with BoT US through those third party websites. In some cases, you may be able to revoke our access to your Personal Data and other content and information we receive about you from those third party platforms by changing the appropriate settings for your account on the applicable third party platform.
• Service Providers. We may collect or receive Personal Data about you or your child from third parties that provide services to us. These third-party service providers may include, without limitation, communications service providers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, and A1 Telekom; locationdata service providers, such as Skyhook; SMS providers, such as Twilio; hosting providers, and payment processors and fraud detection service providers, such as Stripe.
• Cookies and Related Technologies. We may collect or receive Personal Data about you or your child through a variety of technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, clear gifs, software development kits, and pixel tags when you visit or interact with BoT US or with our content, communications, and advertising, to assist us in measuring the effectiveness of the Website, App, Service, and Devices, and our content, communications, and advertising.
• Analytics Providers. We may collect information using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, when you visit the Website or use the App or Service.
• Other Third Parties. We may collect or receive Personal Data about you or your child from other third parties, such as other participants in the Program or third parties that refer you to us.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
We use Personal Data for various purposes to provide the Website, App, Service, and Devices and improve our products and services. For example, we use Personal Data for the following purposes:
• Customer Service and Participant Communications. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data to email or otherwise communicate with you to provide support, verify your identity for such communications and support, send you emails to provide you with alerts and updates about BoT US, and respond to your communications with us.
• Providing Products and Services. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data to ensure that the Website, Service, App, or Device is working as intended, including, registering and servicing your account, tracking outages, or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
• Improving and Developing New Products and Services. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data for analytics to understand how the Website, Service, App, and Devices are being used. For example, we may analyze data about your interaction with the App to optimize product design to make the App easier and more intuitive to use. Throughout the Program we may conduct surveys regarding your experience with the Program. Understanding how you use the Services may help us develop new apps or other products and services to better serve you and our customers.
• Marketing Purposes. We may use your Personal Data to advertise and market to you including notifying you of special promotions, opportunities, offers, and events via push notifications, e-mail, or other means. We do not use your child’s Personal Data for advertising or marketing.
• Business Purposes. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data for other business purposes, including carrying out our obligations and enforcing our rights arising from any contracts we have entered into, including, without limitation, contracts between you and us, customizing your experience with the Website, Service, or App, detecting or preventing fraud, and other business purposes permitted under applicable law.
• Law Enforcement/Legal Purposes. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data to comply with legal and regulatory requirements or to cooperate with governmental agencies for purposes of investigations, public safety, or matters of public importance when we are legally required to do so or believe that disclosure of Personal Data is necessary or appropriate to protect the public interest. We may also use your or your child’s Personal Data to protect and defend ourselves and you against legal actions or claims.
• With Your Consent. We may use your or your child’s Personal Data for other purposes at your direction or with your consent.
We may use and disclose aggregated, anonymized or de-identified information that does not identify any individual for any lawful purposes. Our use and disclosure of such anonymized data is not subject to this Policy.
How Do We Use Analytics Data and Targeted Advertising?
Analytic Tools
We use Google Analytics and other third-party analytics provider tools through or in connection with the Program to learn more about how users engage with the Program. Google Analytics will place cookies on your device that will generate information we select about your use of the Website, App, or Service, including your device’s IP address. That information will be transmitted directly to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purposes of evaluating use of the Service, App, and Devices, compiling activity reports for our use, and providing other services relating to activity and usage through or in connection with BoT US products or services. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google’s practices with respect to the Personal Data collected through Google Analytics are covered by Google’s privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Advertising
We may work with third-party providers, including advertisers, to show you ads that we think will be relevant to you. These providers may collect and use Personal Data about your interactions with BoT US and with other websites, using cookies or other similar online tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your browser. Cookies and other similar automated tools allow us to recognize you and remember your preferences on our Website and in the App. Advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies on our Website and App to collect information to serve ads to you. These third parties’ collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data is subject to their privacy policies. If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance to opt out of many ad networks, marketing analytics, digital advertising, and related providers on each browser or device that you want to opt out. You can also configure your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, although certain functions in the Website or App may not work. With Whom Do We Share Personal Data?
To operate the Program and conduct our related business operations, we may share Personal Data with third parties, including:
• Service Providers. We may share your or your child’s Personal Data to our service providers in connection with the services they perform on our behalf, including the service providers listed above such as AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, Twilio, Skyhook, and Stripe. We require these service providers to exercise reasonable care to protect your Personal Data and restrict their use of your Personal Data to only the purposes for which we provided it to them.
• Marketing Partners. We may share your Personal Data with third parties to facilitate the delivery of promotions and offers to you. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you can always opt out at any time.
• Parties to Business Transactions. In the event of an anticipated or actual merger or acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, we may transfer or allow third parties to use information owned or controlled by us, which may include your or your child’s Personal Data. We reserve the right, in connection with these types of transactions, to transfer, share, assign, or sell your Personal Data and other information we have collected to third parties or to authorize such third parties to use any such information, including for due diligence as part of any of the transactions described in this paragraph. Any Personal Data you submit or that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.
• Government and Law Enforcement. We may share your or your child’s Personal Data with individuals or private parties where necessary to enforce and comply with the law, to protect our property or legal rights, for the safety of the public or any person, to prevent harm, to protect the security and integrity of BoT US and any equipment used to Website, Service, App, or Devices available.
• Any third party to whom you consent and/or instruct us to provide your or your child’s Personal Data.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Data?
We retain your and your child’s Personal Data for only for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services or as required by applicable law. In certain circumstances, your or your child’s Personal Data may also need to be retained for a longer period of time, such as when a legal hold or litigation hold (i.e., a prohibition of data deletion for the duration of the proceedings) is ordered in connection with an administrative or judicial proceeding. We will retain and use this information as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once it is no longer necessary for us to retain your or your child’s Personal Data, we will delete it.
What Options do You Have to Control Our Use of Personal Data?
We recognize that you may want to limit how your or your child’s Personal Data is used and shared. This section describes the options we provide to you concerning your Personal Data. • Updating Your Contact Information. You may update your contact information and communication preferences by contacting us as described below.
• Google Analytics. You may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Opt Out of Marketing Emails. For marketing and other promotional email communications you receive from us, you can opt out of receiving such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such marketing or other promotional emails. Your unsubscribe request or email preference changes will be processed promptly, though this process may take several days. During that processing period, you may receive additional marketing and other promotional emails from us. Please note, opting out of these communications will not apply to any email or other communications we send about your or your child’s access to, use of, or other interactions with the Program.
Protecting Your Personal Data
We are committed to protecting the security of your and your child’s Personal Data. We use a range of safeguards to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. Nevertheless, when disclosing Personal Data, you should remain mindful that there is an inherent risk in the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms. Although we take precautions to protect your and your child’s Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information, including Personal Data, disclosed to us.
No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect Personal Data, we do not guarantee the security of personal data and you provide Personal Data at your own risk.
Third Party Websites
Our Website or App may include links to websites not owned or controlled by BoT US. We are not responsible for third parties’ privacy policies or practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or to any data that you provide to third parties. You should read the privacy policy for each website that you visit.
Children’s Privacy
You must be over the age of 18 to create an account with BoT US. If you register your child as a user under your account, we will collect Personal Data from and about your child as described in this Privacy Policy. If your child is under the age of 13, your consent is required for us to collect Personal Data from your child using a BoT US Device. You do not have to provide this consent but you may not be able to use the Service, App, or Devices. Additionally, if your child is under the age of 13:
• you have the right to review and instruct us to correct or delete the Personal Data we have collected from or about your child
• you have the right to withdraw your consent to our further collection or use of your child’s Personal Data
