Try these steps:
1. Check your setup
- Re-plug the cable and adapter firmly into a working wall outlet.
2. Try another cable and adapter
- Use a different USB-C to USB-A cable (BoT Talk models only) and wall adapter. This fixes most issues.
Important: power source safety
- ✅ Use: Wall outlets (Best for stable charging).
- ⚠️ Avoid: PCs & power banks (Slow or stops charging).
- 🚫 Never use: Car chargers (Can damage device).
