Reselling or purchasing from unauthorized sellers carries these severe risks:
- Activation Lock: BoT devices are for one-time activation only. Once paired, a device is permanently linked to that account and cannot be reassigned. Even if a subscription is canceled, used devices are permanently unusable.
- Region Restrictions: BoT devices are designed exclusively for either the US or Japan. A device purchased for the US will not work in Japan, and a device purchased for Japan will not work in the US. We cannot provide service for devices used outside their intended country.
- Safety & Quality Risks: Products from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit or defective. We cannot guarantee the safety or quality of items bought through unofficial channels.
- No Warranty: Our warranty is non-transferable. BoT provides no technical support, returns, or replacements for products bought from unauthorized sellers.
