How to get started with your BoT Talk
1. Download the BoT App
The smartphone app can be downloaded from here.
※ Please use the latest version of the app.
2. Log In
From Home screen, go to "Start Monitoring" > "Login". Log in with your registered email and password.
- From Home screen, go to "Let's begin!" > "Create an account" > "New User Registration" > Enter your email address and submit.
An invitation email will be sent to the entered email address. Please complete the user account registration from the link. - For users who have purchased BoT from BoT shop, your registration should be complete as account registration is required during the purchase process.
- For those who are already registered, there is no need to create an account.
3. Connect BoT Talk to Your Smartphone
Once you receive the BoT Talk, the owner who pays the monthly fee should do first "Connect your BoT Talk".
※ If you charge without "Connect your BoT Talk", the LED light on the BoT device will spinning white. In that case, if you setup "Connect your BoT Talk" with the following steps, the rotation of the LED light will stop.
- Scroll down on the home screen and press the "+" button.
- Press "Connect your BoT Talk".
- Capture the BoT ID (alphanumeric) printed on the side of the BoT with the camera or enter it manually.
- Confirm that the BoT ID is correctly displayed and tap "Monitor this BoT".
※ Please make sure that the owner (contract holder) do the setup of "Connect your BoT Talk" first.

4. Register Your Credit Card
Registration is unnecessary for those who are already registered.
After connecting the smartphone and BoT, if the credit card registration screen is displayed, please follow the on-screen instructions to register your credit card.
5. Charge Your BoT Talk
Please charge the BoT Talk with a USB Type-C cable. When the location information is obtained, your current location will be displayed. If your current location is not displayed, please take the BoT outside.
Once the SIM activation process is completed, you can confirm the location information and start using it. This SIM activation process may take some time.
