Yes, you can cancel your BoT subscription at any time. Before you proceed, please review the important information below.
Please note that we do not offer temporary account suspensions.
Before You Cancel
- Your BoT Device Will Be Deactivated: Once you cancel, the SIM in the BoT device will be deactivated, and it will no longer work.
- All cancellations are final and cannot be undone.
- Settle Outstanding Balances: You must have a zero balance to cancel. Update your credit card information via the app and pay the remaining amount.
- Cancel Each BoT Device Separately: If you have multiple BoT devices, you must cancel each subscription individually.
- Check Your Status: You can check your contract status here (BoT List).
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please log in with your owner account and complete the process on our cancellation form.
(Unsure of your owner account? In the app, tap the map for the BoT device you wish to cancel, then tap “︙” > “Profile” > “Watched Children” > “Contract Holder” to confirm.)
- Access the cancellation acceptance form here
- Log in with the owner account of the BoT device you wish to cancel
- Tap the cancellation button for the BoT device you wish to cancel
- Review the information and check the box next to "I have confirmed the above precautions"
- Tap "Cancel"
- A cancellation completion email will be sent to your registered email address
- Once the BoT device disappears from the app, the cancellation is complete.
Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment
If a payment fails and the balance remains unpaid for two consecutive months, your subscription will be canceled automatically.
Following an automatic cancellation, the BoT device's SIM card will be deactivated, and it will no longer work.
We will notify you of any unpaid fees via email, push notifications, and in-app alerts. Please update your credit card information promptly to avoid cancellation.
