Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You can cancel your BoT subscription at any time. Please check the following before canceling.
Note that temporary suspensions are not accepted after starting to use the service. Please understand this in advance.

  • Once canceled, the SIM in the BoT device will be deactivated, rendering it unusable.
  • Cancellation cannot be reversed once completed.
  • If there are any unpaid monthly fees, cancellation is not possible. Update your valid credit card information via the app and settle any outstanding payments before proceeding with cancellation.
  • Cancellation procedure is required for each device.
  • You can check your contract status here (BoT List).

Cancellation Process

If you wish to cancel, please log in to your owner account and proceed with the cancellation process via the cancellation acceptance form.

Confirm your owner account from within the app, by tapping on the map card of the device you wish to cancel, then selecting "︙" at the bottom right, then "Profile", then "Watched Children", and finally "Contract Holder".

  1. Access the cancellation acceptance form here
  2. Log in with the owner account of the device you wish to cancel
  3. Tap the cancellation button for the device you wish to cancel
  4. Check the precautions and mark "I have confirmed the above precautions"
  5. Tap "Cancel"
  6. A cancellation completion email will be sent to your registered email address
  7. The display will disappear from the app, indicating that the cancellation is complete.

 

Cancellation Due to Payment Error

If a payment error occurs and remains unresolved for two months, automatic cancellation will occur.
After cancellation, the SIM in the BoT device will be deactivated, rendering it unusable. Please be aware of this.

If there are any unpaid monthly fees, we will notify you via email, push notification, and in-app display. Please update your valid credit card information accordingly.
