Normal battery wear
Battery capacity naturally decreases over time. Consider replacing the device after 1.5 to 2 years.
Battery swelling (rare)
Batteries may swell from extreme heat (like a hot car) or long periods of non-use.
What to do if you notice swelling
Important: If you see swelling:
- Stop using the device immediately.
- Do not charge it.
- Contact BoT Talk Support.
Tips for a healthy battery
- Avoid extreme heat or cold.
- Do not leave it plugged in for days.
- Charge when notified for low battery for long-term storage.
