Follow these 3 steps to replace a lost or damaged device.
1. Purchase new device
2. Cancel old plan
Cancel via the cancellation form. (Note: No refunds. Read How to Cancel first.)
3. Activate new device
Log in to the app and pair the new device. Billing starts after connecting and charging.
Tip: Avoid Overlapping Fees:
- Check your billing date under Payment History (Profile icon).
- Cancel the old plan a few days before next billing date.
- Activate the new device after cancellation.
What data is transferred?
Only these items are transferred to the new device:
- Owner account info
- Notification Points
