Can My Whole Family Monitor Our Child?

Yes, absolutely! The whole family can keep an eye on your child using their own smartphones, and there are no extra fees for adding more people.

This guide explains how to invite family members and manage who can see your child's location.

Please note: Only the Account Owner (BoT owner) can invite and remove family members. The Account Owner is the person responsible for the subscription payments.

How to invite a family member to monitor

The person who wants to join must send a request from their phone.

1. On their phone, they need to download the BoT app and create their own account.
2. In the app, they tap the "+" button, then "Connect your BoT Talk".
3. They scan the BoT ID on the side of your child's device.
4. A request will be sent to you (the owner) for approval.

How to approve a request (for the Owner)

You'll receive an email and an in-app notification for the request.

1. In the app, tap the "︙" icon on your child's map card.
2. Tap "Guardians".
3. You will see the pending request. After confirming the applicant is someone you trust, tap “Approve”.

How to remove a Guardian (for the Owner)

You can remove someone's access at any time.

1. Follow the steps above to go to the "Guardians" list.
2. Tap "Delete" next to the person you wish to remove.
