Get automatic alerts when your child arrives or leaves frequently visited places.
What is the Home Zone?
After about a month, your BoT device automatically learns your child’s frequent places and suggests them as a Home Zone. Approve the suggestion to start receiving alerts.
Please enable push notifications for the BoT app on your phone.
How to approve/edit the Home Zone:
- Tap the "︙" icon on your child's map card.
- Tap "Notifications".
- Tap "Edit" next to "Home Zone" > “Next”
- Select the zone (swipe left for new suggestions, if any) and tap “OK” (Inactive if not ready).
- Adjust the size of the area.
Important:
- You cannot manually create or delete the Home Zone. The BoT device automatically learns and suggests it over time.
- To stop alerts, turn off "Notify Arrival" and "Notify Departure".
