How to Check and Change Your Account Information

How to access your account information

Tap the Profile icon (person) at the bottom of the map. You can view/edit:

• Profile icon
• Email
• Password (Change only)
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Language (JP/US)
• Payment history (BoT Owner only)
  • Check BoT Owner: Tap map card ︙ > Guardians.

How to delete your account

Note: You can only delete your account if you have no active devices.

Warning: Deletion is permanent.

1. Go to Account Deletion (JP / US).
2. Log in and confirm deletion.
3. Check your email for confirmation.
