If the BoT Talk app will not update, please try these steps.
1. Restart your phone
Turn your phone off and on again, then try updating.
2. Check your available storage
Updates can fail if storage is low. Go to Settings > Storage and free up space.
3. Clear the cache
Go to Settings > Apps > Clear "Cache" for both Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
4. Check your internet connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and turn off any VPN.
5. Check your date and time
Go to Settings > System > Date & time, and turn on "Set time automatically".
6. Re-login to your Google account
Sign out of your Google account, then sign back in.
7. Update the Google Play Store app
Open the Google Play Store > profile icon > Settings > About > Update Play Store.
