I cannot update the app (Android)

The following may help resolve the issue. Please give them a try.

  1. Clear the cache of Google Play Store
  2. Re-login to Google Account
  3. Correct the "Date and Time" on your Android device (if it deviates significantly from the actual time, you may not be able to update)
  4. Update Google Play to the latest version
  5. Update your smartphone device (this is different from the OS version)
