If you receive alerts but hear no sound, please check your phone settings.
1. Check the BoT app sound settings
Go to your phone’s Settings, find the BoT app, and ensure notification sounds are turned on.
2. Turn off silent mode
Make sure your phone is not in Silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.
Quick tip:
Try switching silent mode on and then off again. This often resets the sound and fixes the issue.
