If you are not receiving alerts, try these steps to fix it.
1. Check notification settings
In your phone settings
Allow notifications for BoT Talk.
In the BoT app
Turn on the notifications you need.
- Battery ("Notify when low battery")
- Home Zone ("Notify upon departure")
- Notification Point ("Notify upon arrival" / "Notify upon departure")
- MIMAMORI Wallet ("Notify on Suica/PASMO etc.") - Japan 6th Gen only
2. Quick fixes
Toggle settings
Switch notification toggles off and back on to clear stuck data.
Free up phone storage
Full device storage can block notifications. Clear space on your phone.
Restart your phone
Turn your phone off and on again.
Reinstall the app
Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. Log back in and tap "Allow" for notifications.
