I am not receiving push notifications

Please ensure that both your smartphone's notification settings and the app's notification spot settings are turned on.

If notifications are still not coming through despite being turned on, please try reinstalling the app.

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Reinstall the app
  3. Login (please login with your registered email address and password)
  4. A dialog box appears asking, "BoT Would Like to Send You Notifications." If you would like to allow this, tap "Allow."
  5. After following all the above steps, make sure you are in a stable network environment, please check if you can receive the notifications now.
    *For iPhone users, notifications may not be received if your iCloud storage is full.
