How to Add, Edit, and Delete Notification Points

Create Notification Points for places like home or school to get alerts when your child arrives or departs.

Important tips:

• AI suggestions: BoT learns your child’s routine and suggests common places as Notification Points.
• Settings are private: Notification Points you create are only visible on your phone, not to other Guardians.
• Be precise: For large areas like schools or stations, place the pin near the specific area that you want to get a notification.
• Stay duration: Alerts trigger best at places where your child stays for a while. Fast pass-throughs may not be detected.

How to add a Notification Point

1. Tap "︙" on the map card.
2. Tap "Notifications".
3. Tap "Add Notification Point".
4. Tap “Search”
5. Enter the address and tap "OK".
6. Adjust the location and size if needed (about 330ft–1,000ft / 100m-300m)).
7. Tap "Confirm".

How to edit a name

1. Tap "︙" > "Notifications".
2. Tap "Edit" next to the point name.
3. Enter the new name and tap "Register".

How to delete a Notification Point

1. Tap "︙" > "Notifications".
2. Tap "Edit" next to the point name.
3. Tap "Delete" and then "OK".
