If BoT shows a place your child did not visit, you can report it to improve accuracy.
Before you report
- Use this for large errors (several hundred meters or more).
- Only the BoT owner (payer) can report.
- It takes up to 24 hours to update. Once sent, reports cannot be canceled.
- Reported points are deleted from history and excluded from Home Zone.
How to report
- Tap the blue dot of the incorrect location on the map.
- Tap the icon that appears.
- Select Report inaccurate location.
- Drag the map to place the red pin on the actual location.
- Tap Continue at the bottom.
Why do large errors happen?
BoT may pick up incorrect signals from public Wi-Fi (e.g., on trains) or nearby mobile hotspots. Reporting these helps BoT ignore them in the future.
