BoT owners (contractors) can report a location shown as their child's location that their child did not visit as an incorrect location through the app.
The location data reported via the "Incorrect Location Report" will be analyzed and used to improve accuracy.
Please note that once a report is submitted, it cannot be canceled.
Use this feature if there is a discrepancy of several hundred meters or more.
The reported incorrect location data will be excluded from the learning of the movement range.
It may take up to 24 hours for the report to be reflected.
Incorrect Location Report
Please follow the steps below to report.
1. On the map screen, make sure the icon matches the location information you want to report (if the icon does not match, press the blue dot).
2. Press the icon.
3. Select "Report this location as incorrect.
4. Match the actual location with the red pin.
5. Press "Confirm.
6. Report complete. The reported location information will be deleted from the history.
・The free WiFi installed in the train may have carried incorrect location information. ・The pocket WiFi of a person near the BoT may have carried incorrect location information (for example, passengers in the same car, school staff at the school, visitors in the theme park, etc.). |
