The LED on BoT Talk is spinning white continuously

If BoT Talk is charged without performing "Connect your BoT Talk", the LED light on the BoT device will spin white.

When you receive BoT Talk, the first thing you should do is perform "Connect your BoT Talk".

Once BoT and the smartphone are connected, please charge it for a while. The "In delivery" display on the app screen will disappear, and BoT's current location will be displayed on the map.

Note:  The owner (subscriber) who pays the monthly fee should perform the "Connect your BoT Talk" process first.

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Tap the "+" mark at the center bottom of the screen
  3. When the Hello screen is appears, tap "Connect your BoT Talk"
  4. Hold the camera over the BoT ID you want to monitor (Manual input is also possible. In that case, please enter the BoT ID you want to monitor)
  5. Confirm that the BoT ID is displayed correctly
  6. Tap "Monitor this BoT"

 

If the LED light does not stop spinning

If the LED light does not stop spinning even after completing "Connect BoT to a smartphone," please take the BoT device outside once. After confirming that the current location is displayed by capturing GPS satellites, charge it for about 3 hours.

 

If the problem is not resolved

If the "In delivery" display disappears after connecting BoT and the smartphone, but the white LED light is still spinning, it is possible that BoT cannot communicate with the server due to reasons such as the radio environment.

If the LED light does not stop spinning after a while, please try the following reset:

  1. Connect to the charging cable
  2. Confirm that the lamp lights up
  3. Plug and unplug the charging cable 5 times
  4. Take it outside
  5. Charge for 2 to 3 hours

If the problem is not resolved, please contact the support center, mentioning that you have tried the reset.
