Spinning white light? Usually caused by charging before connecting to the app.
How to connect the device to your app
Note: Owner (subscriber) must connect first.
- Log in and tap “+ (bottom center)”.
- Select Connect your BoT Talk.
- Scan or enter BoT ID (found on device).
- Charge device. Light stops spinning once connected.
Still spinning?
Try these steps:
1. Get a GPS Signal Take device outside for a few minutes to get a signal. If fails, try step 2.
2. Restart
- Connect cable (Ensure light is on).
- Plug and unplug cable 5 times quickly.
- Take outside to update location, then charge.
