If your battery is draining quickly, please check these common causes.
1. Normal battery aging
Like smartphones, the battery naturally loses capacity over time. If you have used it for 1.5 to 2 years, we recommend buying a new device from the BoT Shop.
2. Unplayed Talk messages
If you have unplayed Talks, the LED blinks continuously and drains the battery in 1–2 days. Please play new Talks promptly.
3. Poor signal environment
In areas with weak signal (like inside buildings), the device uses more power to send its location.
4. Constant motion
The device saves power by sleeping when still. Moving it or keeping it somewhere with constant vibration prevents sleep mode.
