How to Clear Talks from BoT Device

Try Forced Restart first. Note: Clears Talk data on device only. App history remains.

Forced restart

1. Connect power (Ensure light is on).
2. Hold the button.
3. Plug and unplug cable 5 times while holding.
4. Green flash = Complete. If this fails, try the Reset Switch below.

Use reset switch

Use only if Forced Restart fails. (BoT Talk model only)

1. Remove fabric cover (Lift near charging port).
2. Hold the button. Click reset switch (small hole) once with a pin.
3. Keep holding button for 10 seconds.
4. Release. Green flash = Complete.
