Try Forced Restart first. Note: Clears Talk data on device only. App history remains.
Forced restart
- Connect power (Ensure light is on).
- Hold the button.
- Plug and unplug cable 5 times while holding.
- Green flash = Complete. If this fails, try the Reset Switch below.
Use reset switch
Use only if Forced Restart fails. (BoT Talk model only)
- Remove fabric cover (Lift near charging port).
- Hold the button. Click reset switch (small hole) once with a pin.
- Keep holding button for 10 seconds.
- Release. Green flash = Complete.
