What to Do When I Receive a Payment Email?

Received an email? Here is what to do.

What to do

  1. Log in as BoT owner account.
  2. Update your card details.
  3. System retries payment automatically.
    • Verify payment status: tap Profile icon (person) > Payment history.

Common reasons for payment failure

  • Expired card.
  • Over credit limit.
  • Canceled or lost card.
  • Contact your card company for details.

Important: Avoid service cancellation

Service continues briefly after failure.

  • Warning: If unpaid for 2 months, account is permanently canceled.
  • Result: Device becomes unusable (Cannot reactivate). Update ASAP.
