What to do
- Log in as BoT owner account.
- Update your card details.
- System retries payment automatically.
- Verify payment status: tap Profile icon (person) > Payment history.
Common reasons for payment failure
- Expired card.
- Over credit limit.
- Canceled or lost card.
- Contact your card company for details.
Important: Avoid service cancellation
Service continues briefly after failure.
- Warning: If unpaid for 2 months, account is permanently canceled.
- Result: Device becomes unusable (Cannot reactivate). Update ASAP.
