Note: GPS BoT requires the GPS Plan. GPS BoT is available in Japan only.
Changing Your Plan
To change your plan in the app, please follow the steps below:
- Tap “⋮” next to your kid’s name > Mode > Plan.
- Select the plan you wish to switch to.
When Your Plan Change Takes Effect
After changing the plan in the app, the plan will switch to the new one when the BoT updates its location information.

- You will be charged a one-time fee (US: $2.00 + tax / Japan: ¥200 + tax) to start using the Talk feature right away. Your subscription will then renew at the new rate on your next billing date.
- To get a full month of the Talk feature for the one-time fee, we recommend switching plans the day after your billing date.
