平素よりBoT Shopをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。この度、当社システムの一部で使用しているプログラミング言語「PHP」についての脆弱性が発見されたことに伴い、お客様に安心してご利用いただくための予防措置として、現在、システムメンテナンスを実施しております。

【システムの状況について】
現時点で、当ショップへの不正アクセスや情報漏洩等の被害は一切確認されておりませんのでご安心ください。
【メンテナンス中のご利用について】
メンテナンス中も、BoTアプリや見守りについては通常どおりご利用いただけます。
BoTショップでのご注文や、交換、解約といった機能はご利用いただけませんが、すでにいただいているご注文は、通常どおり発送いたします。
お客様にはご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

[Notice of System Maintenance]
Thank you for using the BoT Shop.
Due to a recently discovered vulnerability in PHP, a programming language used in parts of our system, we are currently performing system maintenance as a preventive security measure to ensure our services remain safe and secure for our customers.
[Scheduled Maintenance Period]
Scheduled to end around 4:00 AM on Thursday, October 22 (PDT)
*Please note that the completion time may vary depending on the progress of the maintenance work.
[Current System Status]
Please rest assured that, as of now, there has been no unauthorized access, data breach, or any other security incident targeting our shop.
[Service Availability During Maintenance]
・The BoT app and monitoring features will remain fully functional and available as usual during the maintenance period.
・Shop features such as placing new orders(JP only), exchanges and subscription cancellations will be temporarily unavailable. However, orders that have already been placed will be processed and shipped as normal.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
