How to check and change account information

Scroll down on the home screen and you can check and change the currently logged-in account by tapping the "person icon" at the bottom left of the screen.

 


Account Information


  • Icon
  • Email address
  • Password (change only, viewing not possible)
  • Phone number
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Payment history of monthly fees (viewable only when logged in with the owner account)

※ The owner (contract holder) of the BoT can check the account information from the BoT map card in the app by selecting the "︙" icon at the bottom right Profile Contractor.

 


Account Deletion


If you do not have BoT device currently being used as the owner, you can delete your account (email address) by following the steps below.
When your account is deleted, it is permanently deleted from BoT servers, and not be able to restore the account. If you accidentally delete the account, please create a new account again.
  1. Access https://shop.bot.app/account-delete
  2. Log in with the account you want to delete
  3. Confirm the information of the account to be deleted
  4. You will see “The account information for ***@***.com (the deleted email address) has been deleted".
  5. A notification of “Account deletion completed” will be sent to the email address you provided, so please check it.
