Can I cancel my purchase order anytime?

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of orders are possible via "Purchase History" until shipment is completed. Cancellations after shipment will be treated as returns.
Shipping fees (both delivery and return) are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Access to https://shop.bot.app/login
  2. Login with the email address and password used for purchase
  3. Tap on "Menu" at the top left corner (for smartphones, press "Three" at the top right)
  4. Select "Purchase History"
  5. Tap "Cancel Order" on the right side of the relevant item
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen

Once the cancellation process is completed, you will receive an email titled "BoT | Notice of Order Cancellation Completed."

 

Returns Procedure

If the "Cancel Order" button is not displayed, the item has already been shipped. Upon receiving the item, please proceed with the return.

Once the return request is completed, you will receive an email titled "BoT | Notice of Return Request Completed."
Additionally, after we receive the returned item, once the cancellation and refund process is completed, you will receive an email titled "BoT | Notice of Return Acceptance Completed."

Please Note
  • Returns are accepted for unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Only unopened items with the white seal on the product outer box intact are eligible for return. If the product outer box is opened, we cannot accept cancellations or returns, so please understand this in advance.
  • You can request returns via "Purchase History" in the BoT Shop.
  • After requesting a return, please print the barcode issued and enclose it with the return item.
    If you cannot print the barcode, please write down the number (starting with RE) at the bottom of the barcode and enclose it.
  • For returns due to customer convenience, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Return Shipping

We accept returns by any method convenient for you .
We only process returns and refunds upon confirming the physical return of the product. When returning the product, we recommend shipping in a way that allows you to track the delivery history.

 

Refund Process

After the returned item arrives at our company, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping fees) to the credit card registered within 10 days.
Please note that depending on the closing date of the credit card handling company, the refund may be processed in the following month or the month after. Please be aware of this in advance.

 

If You Don't Receive a Return Completion Email

If you do not receive a return completion email from us within two weeks after returning the item, it is possible that the return item has not been received by us.
