Can positioning be done inside buildings?

If there is a WiFi inside the building, positioning(tracking location) is possible.

If there is no WiFi inside the building, positioning depends on the building's location of the BoT holder.
If the BoT is positioned near a window or similar location inside the building, positioning via satellite (such as GPS) is possible. Depending on the location of the BoT, positioning may not be possible.
