If there is an error in the credit card billing for the monthly fee or if the credit card's expiration date is approaching, the owner will receive an email.
Upon receiving the payment-related email, please refer to "Payment Method and Credit Card Update" and update your credit card information to a valid one.
Even if you receive the email, you can still continue to use BoT, but if two months pass without settling the monthly fee, BoT will be automatically canceled.
Once BoT is canceled, the SIM card inside the BoT device will be deactivated, rendering it unusable. Please be aware of this in advance.

If the credit card payment for the monthly fee fails on the payment date, you will receive an email.
Please update to valid credit card information and ensure that credit card payment is possible.
Once you update, the payment will be automatically retried. This process may take some time.
How to Check Payment History
You can check the monthly fee payment history from the "person" icon at the bottom of the BoT app screen > Payment Information.
Reasons for Payment Failure
There could be several reasons for a credit card payment error, but since we cannot determine the cause, please contact your credit card company for details.
- Credit card expiration
- Exceeding the credit limit
- Suspension of use due to cancellation or loss

An email will be sent to owners whose credit card expiration is approaching.
Please update your credit card information before the expiration date and ensure that credit card payment is possible.
