BoT Talk offers two types of plans to suit your family's lifestyle. You can easily change plans anytime from within the app. Only the account owner (contract holder) can change plans.
Monthly Fees
GPS Plan ($4.99/month)
Simple monitoring with GPS only. Longest battery life of over one month.
GPS & Talk Plan ($6.99/month)
GPS plus talk function. Communicate through talk messages without additional charges: no matter how much you use the talk feature. Longest battery life of over one week.
Changing Your Plan
You can change your plan from the app by navigating to Map Card > Operating Mode > Plan, and then selecting one of the two plans you want.
Timing of Plan Switching
After changing the plan in the app, the plan will switch to the new one when the BoT updates its location information.
Checking Your Current Plan
It will be highlighted in green.
Payment Details (Example of Monthly Fee Switching When Changing Plans Mid-Month)
For example, if you switch from "GPS & Talk Plan ($6.99/month)" to "GPS Plan ($4.99/month)," there will be no refund for the price difference in monthly fees.
In addition, if you switch back to "GPS & Talk Plan ($6.99/month)" by the next billing date, there will be no additional charges for the price difference.
